Elcock Associates are pleased to welcome two new members of staff to the team. This ensures that our professional and administrative team will continue to provide excellent service to clients.

Reece Terrell, who has been taken on as a building surveyor to assist in preparing tender documents, carry out building surveys, administer and manage projects on site.

Reece has commented on his job role: “The nature of the projects at Elcock Associates are slightly different what I did in my former role at Hampshire Council. My past role has not only given me experience in managing small projects such as; classrooms refurbishments, internal alterations, single storey extensions and flat roof replacements, but also getting involved with putting together the design. I have studied a HNC in the “Building Surveying” at Solent University, Project Management (Building Surveying) BSc at London South Bank, and am currently studying for my MSc in Building Surveying. I really enjoy working with and meeting new people, and I enjoy problem solving so things like identifying root causes of problems with buildings!
I am excited to work for Elcocks; after hearing from Adam about the recent developments they have delivered I cannot wait to start managing high end residential schemes of my own.”

Nicole Bean joins us as an Administration Assistant, after many years working in customer service and office administration she will be looking after the upkeep of the office, welcoming clients, managing the website and social media accounts and assisting the team where needed.

Nicole has commented on her new role: “I’m thrilled to be working at Elcock Associates, I look forward to working closely with a great team. This is a fantastic opportunity for me to build on my administrative knowledge and skills. I hope to transform the companies social media accounts to the highest ranking in the local area and through this potentially attract new clients and businesses.”

With these new staff members we hope to see our expanding, hard working team thrive in 2018.
